Mr. Dean had a short lecture about creativity and I would like to sum them up focusing on the important points. So, let's start with the point of the meaning of creativity. Creativity is a production which is fun and researchable. Creativity is not an reproduction which is easy to be made.
Fear and money actually lowers the creativity. When you study for the test, you might not be easy to come out with new and productive ideas. Especially when your nerved out or stressed out because of a big test, you're not going to be able to be more creative.
Then, what kind of sources do we need to increase our creativity?There are two types of compliments; compliment which encourages people with their effort and which praises on their work result. The first type of compliment actually more helps people on their next work. People should be controlling their distractions to be more reproductive and creative. They should not be too distracted or neither too less distracted.
